  • Join Norwood Lions in Support of Dunstan Christmas Appeal

    Norwood Lions is proud to support the inaugural Dunstan Christmas appeal, an initiative of Steven Marshall MP, Member for Dunstan, with proceeds going directly to the Salvation Army.

    The Norwood Salvation Army does a wonderful job in our local community supporting hundreds of individuals and families who are struggling to make ends meet.

    Local residents, community organisations and businesses are invited to support this worthwhile initiative by donating items to brighten up Christmas for someone less fortunate.

    Suggestions of what to donate include:
    • Any non-perishable food items;
    • Christmas puddings and cakes;
    • Toys;
    • Blankets and bedding;
    • Toiletries; and
    • Store gift cards.

    Donations can be left in Steven Marshall's office in the Salvation Army box at U2, 90-94 The Parade in Norwood. When dropping off your donation, don’t forget to sign the Dunstan Christmas Appeal sheet which I will present to the Norwood Salvation Army.

    All of the donated items will be presented to the Norwood Salvation Army before Christmas Day.

    If you have any questions about the 2014 Dunstan Christmas Appeal please do not hesitate to contact Steven Marshall's office on (08) 8363 9111.
